Martin Luther King: The Greatest American of the 21st Century

I recently wrote an article on a topic not related to Martin Luther King Jr. But in that article, I made a passing comment that MLK was the greatest American in the 21st century. Didn't think much of it. But holy cow did I get resistance on that one. My inbox was filled with emails saying how wrong I was to say such a thing. But I still challenge anyone to tell me who was a greater example of an American, Christian leader in the 21st century than Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
