Show Description: ESPN.com columnist Michael Smith commented this week on how three very good candidates for NFL coach of the year are all African American (Dungy, Smith and Lewis if you're wondering). Later he went on to express his sincere desire that the concept of "Black Coach" goes the way of the rarely mentioned "Black Quarterback." Join us as we talk about how the NFL could shed some light into how as a cultural we become "color-blind."

I am 27 years old smoker with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I cant seem to find the strength to quit smoking, eat better and start exercising. I have 2 children and want to be around as long as I can for them. Please help me pray for the motivation and strength to make these changes in my life. Thank you.
