Show Description: My oldest daughter turned 16 this week, and I thank God for the blessing she has been to me, and the light she has been in my life. Raising children is a challenge. In order to raise confident, well-rounded children, that have a moral compass, my wife and I have done three things: 1) made family a priority, 2) made faith a part of every facet of our lives, and 3) prayed together ? a lot. Faith in God is a key element in the development of teenagers. I look forward to discussing your perspective, on raising children, this Sunday.

Prayer Request from a Listener
I am 27 years old smoker with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I cant seem to find the strength to quit smoking, eat better and start exercising. I have 2 children and want to be around as long as I can for them. Please help me pray for the motivation and strength to make these changes in my life. Thank you.
