Show Description: Lance Armstrong captivated the sporting world by winning his seventh Tour de France earlier this month. Apart from being a truly outstanding athlete, Lance is a cancer survivor, a cancer survivor advocate (Lance Armstrong Foundation), a father of three, a cultural icon, and, unfortunately, divorced. It seems, from all appearances, that God has blessed Lance with great physical abilities, fame, fortune, children, family, friends, and a very wonderful life. However, in my reading and research related to Lance, I have not seen Lance credit God for any of the successes and blessings in his life. All blessings come from God. It does not appear that Lance sees it that way. I wonder why.

Quotes to Live By
"The spiritual life cannot be made suburban. It is always frontier, and we who live in it must accept and even rejoice that it remains untamed."
