Show Description: I recently went to Italy. It was wonderful. Except one thing: the computer in the hotel lobby. Dang it! I was almost successful in unplugging. But there it was. Tempting me. Taunting me. So sure enough, I used it. But is a connected vacation really a vacation at all? Join the conversation as we look at potentially the most overlooked spiritual need we all share: rest.

Show Poll: Can you take a vacation if you bring your cell phone and laptop?

Prayer Request from a Listener
I am 27 years old smoker with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I cant seem to find the strength to quit smoking, eat better and start exercising. I have 2 children and want to be around as long as I can for them. Please help me pray for the motivation and strength to make these changes in my life. Thank you.
