Show Description: This week marks the 40-year anniversary of the tragic, and premature death of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. It got me thinking. I don't think there is a single other American that was more important and influential in the 20th century. Join the conversation as we look at what it meant to challenge America to live up to what it desired to be, and the man behind that challenge.

I am 27 years old smoker with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I cant seem to find the strength to quit smoking, eat better and start exercising. I have 2 children and want to be around as long as I can for them. Please help me pray for the motivation and strength to make these changes in my life. Thank you.
