Show Description: I came across John Izzo's new book Five Things You Must Know Before You Die. I have to say, it is an impressive book. So often in life it becomes easy to get caught up in the little things that really don't matter in life. John does a great job of figure out how to forget the little things and focus on what makes life truly fulfilling.

Prayer Request from a Listener
I am 27 years old smoker with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I cant seem to find the strength to quit smoking, eat better and start exercising. I have 2 children and want to be around as long as I can for them. Please help me pray for the motivation and strength to make these changes in my life. Thank you.
