What I don't get is this? Why do you do it? Not just think about it but do it – and then do it over and over again?
Do you really think this is gonna make your life better?
Really think this is gonna make your relationship stronger?
Because the handful of couples I know who have dabbled in the world of Naked Twister and adult sex parties (orgies) and swinging – have never recovered
Go in with big ideas about sexual freedom, and fun, and experimentation
And leave with scarred relationships or broken ones altogether
really important to talk about because marriages are fragile- take work
2 become 1 – not 2 become 4 or 5 or 6
When slip into this kind of behavior, it is all but over

I am 27 years old smoker with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I cant seem to find the strength to quit smoking, eat better and start exercising. I have 2 children and want to be around as long as I can for them. Please help me pray for the motivation and strength to make these changes in my life. Thank you.
