Sex Offender Laws Getting Ridiculous

There was another case this week of an 18 year old senior dating a 14 year old freshman and now having to register as a sex offender because of it. While I highly do not advise seniors dating freshman, this is hardly a legal issue that should scar anyone for life - regardless of what happens in the relationship.
