Paying Addicts to Sterilize

An organization called Project Prevention is paying women addicted to drugs up to $300 to sterilize themselves so they stop having kids. Are. You. Kidding me? This is a horrible idea. I don't want kids born to addicts more than anybody else does, but this is going about it the wrong way.
