Email of the Week: Public Funding of Abortion
Over the weekend, I shared in this blog three of the moral problems the House health care bill as it stands now creates for America. On the show on Sunday night, I shared a fourth.

One of those areas in which the end does not justify the immoral means of getting there is the fact that this bill still allows for federal funds to be used to pay for abortions through the Capps Amendment.

In response, I received a number of emails. One in particular stood out for its utilitarian reasoning. I have posted my response to the author beneath it.

Mr. Hunt,
I have been listening to your views on abortion and I feel compelled to write. I am a 44 years old, married for 14 years, and have an 11 year old son. I was raised catholic and my son goes to a catholic school. There is no question in my mind that life begins at conception, but I think the crisis we now face is going to cause us to make some hard choices. Every child that is aborted means that my son will have a better chance of having a bright future. There will be no future for any of us unless we reduce the population. Please stop being so high and mighty and face reality. The times ahead are going to be rougher than most understand.

Obviously, you and I disagree. It is not a high and mighty horse. It is the basic conviction that each human life is worth as much as your son's is. Each of us is made in the image of God (which you evidently concur with). So what population would you like to begin thinning? Which ones exactly are the ones who are preventing your son's "bright future?"

Moreover, where do you get the idea that we need to reduce the population? The entire population of the planet could fit in the state of Texas. Hardly a "crisis," and I would not want to be the one to tell God we just decided to thin out the herd based on what we wanted.

I would probably agree to oppose abortion if I thought it would draw the people of our nation together. There is far too much mistrust and hate among us.
My reason for supporting choice is that I do not think anyone has a right to control a woman's body.
I wish there were a way to terminate an unwanted pregnancy without terminating the fertilized egg. Maybe our scientists can work towards something like that.
When I put my own efforts towards saving children, I use my energy to save those already here. I guess it is just a matter of priorities.

Very indirectly and you know that. Also, there is the new Ellsworth Amendment which would add additional restrictions to abortion coverage under the health care reform.
But there is a bigger issue: why should a legal and legitimate medical procedure such as abortion not be covered under health care reform?

We do not necessarily have to reduce the population, but exponential growth is not sustainable at all. What we need to work toward is to stabilize the world population at a sustainable level not much higher than the present day 7 billion people.

Yes, technically you could fit 7 billion people into the State of Texas, but then again you can fit half a dozen sardines into a tiny tin as well. What you could not do is feed and water all those people using resources in Texas, which is the point here, rather than just space. Besides, I do want to live on a planet that has vast unpopulated wildrerness areas and is not using every square inch of land surfrace area to house or feed the human population!

I do not have any idea how something like that could even work.
Fortunately though, scientists have developed ways to prevent an unwanted pregnancy in the first place. It's called contraception.
Unfortunately, Allen and other militant anti-abortion activists not only oppose abortion but also birth control as well! See for example "Pro-Life Wisconsin" or "Priests for Life". The end-game for many radical anti-abortionists is not Roe v. Wade but rather Griswold v. Connecticut, which declared states outlawing birth control unconstitutional.

Speaking of radical anti-abortion crowd, a group of Randall Terry's Operation Rescue operatives stormed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office and started shredding copies of the health care bill.

And contrary to the assertion that anti-abortion crowd is also anti-murder, a group of anti-abortion (they ironically call themselves "pro-life") activists is raising money for the defense of Scott Roeder, who murdered abortion doctor George Tiller a few months ago. Among the items the group wants to auction for this purpose are an autographed bullhorn used in abortion protests, a cookbook written by a woman who is currently serving time for bombing abortion clinics and for arson and the absolute pièce de résistance, the drawings by the hero of the anti-abortion movement, Scott Roeder himself!


You just can't make shit like this up!

I mean, at least they arent hypocrites like all the xians who claim to believe that abortion is "murder" but do nothing to stop it except publish letters to the editor and such. The gal who shot the Ft. Hood killer is being lauded as a hero for stopping his rampage, and yet, if you believe the rhetoric of folks like Allen there is mass killing every day in this country that makes Ft. Hood look trivial.
So the only conclusions one can draw are that the xians don't really believe what they say or that they are sniveling cowards.

If this person is a Catholic, he doesn't believe what he prays, if he goes to church at all, [ which I don't think he goes to church and hasn't been for decades} Jesus love is universal, no one excluded, especially the unborne.
God put humans on this earth to do two things, populate the earth and praise him. God is not the God of the earth but of the UNIVERSE. He not only wants us to populate the Earth but the UNIVERSE as well. Then of course with our mass instant communication we have NAZI like persons whom want to control the population with abortion to make their own family or people prosper. His thoughts are the same as all of those before whom have killed millions of innocent people because of race or religion. This kind of stuff has to stop. As I have mentioned before God is the God of the UNIVERSE. He wants us to move out there. If we continue to kill innocent people like the unborne, to control our population, then whats next? You are 60 so to keep our population in line you also have to die? Is that what is next?
I do beleive that God wants the world to unite for a common cause. The exploriation and colonization of outer space. Abortion and the killing of innocents counterdicts his plan. How many Ensteins have already been lost?
Until we get his plan working to expand our knowledge and exploration the universe, he has his own way of thinning out the population!
To hurt or kill innocents is wrong. Espically those who can't fight back. The selfisness. stupidty. nazisist thinking, bothers me from the person who would want that type of law or policy. They Ain't Right in the head. Espcially in a person who professes to believe in God. Let God handle it, IT WILL BE ALRIGHT.

Poor logical argument. None of us would be here if abortion was not practiced just because if things in history did not happen exactly like they did we would never have been conceived. Let me explain. Imagine there is a man who was in reality aborted but was not in this alternate reality. Imagine further your grandmother falls in love with that man rather than with your grandfather. You never would have been born! Or alternately this man may kill your grandfather or it's a woman your grandfather falls in love with - possibilities are literally endless. Or another scenario: let's say your grandmother had an abortion before having your father. Well if she carried that previous fetus to term it would affect her entire life. And since a particular sperm has to unite with a specific egg to produce the unique DNA of your father it is enough for your grandparents to have sex hours before or later for not your father but some other child be conceived instead or even for that egg to go to waste.
We all won a very unlikely genetic lottery just to be conceived, just like Monty Python sing in the "Galaxy Song".

Allen, you are a liar. Either that or you are so gullible to accept any poll that confirms your position no matter how little sense the results make.

I came across a CNN poll that got very, very little attention. According to CNN, 25% of Americans are always against abortion, 25% are always for abortion, and 50% are against abortion except in the case of rape, incest, or the life of the mother. Yet we still see some Congressman clamoring to make sure it is covered under health reform. When will Congress wake up and realize what most Americans want.


When I first heard this alleged CNN poll what struck me how little sense it made. 25% are supposedly for abortion in all cases, and 50% are against abortion in almost no cases. That makes no sense! 0% for "elective abortions in the first trimester only", "elective abortions in the first and second trimesters only", "all abortions except partial birth abortions" or "no elective abortions, but ok if fetus has congenital defects" or any other possibility that is between "all abortions ok" and "abortions ok for rape, incest and life of mother".
That prompted me to dig a little. Use this little thing called google and found the link to the poll you were referring to (questions 35 and 36). And contrary to what you were saying, CNN website has an article on the poll. Note that the numbers are pretty much what you were saying, but the 50% slice of the surveyed did not say they only favor abortion for "rape, incest and life of mother" but that they favor abortion "under certain circumstances", which includes not only "rape, incest, life of mother" but also the options I enumerated above and many more as well. The poll also reveals that there hasn't been much movement since 2006, so this isn't any sort of anti-abortion tide you were hoping for.

So Allen, which is it? Are you a liar for Jesus or just very gullible. I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. After all, you are a Catholic. In any case Allen, I expect you to issue a correction and apology on the air. It would make Baby Jesus happy. :)

I don't think he is consciously lying. He formulates a hypothesis and then some unconscious part of his brain manipulates the data so that it conforms to whatever he wants it to be. The need to believe is so strong that it easily overrides mere facts.

This is actually the third time I am aware of that Allen has demonstrated a willingness to alter the numbers to support his worldview.

The first was a good while back on a show about abortion. He announced in his typical ain't-it-shameful fashion that "there are now more abortions performed in Fulton county than births." What he neglected to mention was that there are only at a handful of abortion clinics in Georgia, most of which are in Fulton County. It's like saying that one should stay away from hospitals since more people die there than anywhere else. Very misleading of him not to mention that the number of abortions in other counties was essentially zero.

The second one I noted was fairly recently concerning the ARIS 2008 study (American Religious Identification Survey). The study showed an enormous increase in people who entered simply "none" as their religious affiliation. Allen somehow decided that meant that these folks were "do-it-yourselfers," observing their own buffet-style religious spirituality (such as Pagan, New Age, etc). The hidden assumption being that everyone has some kind of faith, and who you gonna trust, the Pope or a bunch of dirty hippies? Only problem is that the study showed no such thing, which I pointed out both to him and (if memory serves) on this blog. ARIS even went out of their way to say that the "nones" were best described as rational skeptics.

Good luck on getting him to issue a correction. I'm still waiting for him to correct these two. I am sure that had he stayed in finance Allen would have had a great career at Enron or AIG.

That's what I thought at first as well. But his continued silence on the matter leads me to suspect a guilty conscience on his part. When I posted this comment, I even emailed him with the same content and he didn't reply to that either. In the words of St. Paul, he is "without excuse" at this point.

I think there is a big difference between this and the CNN poll. For this Fulton County abortions vs. births statistics he took (presumably, I haven't seen the figures) valid numbers but his interpretation of them is tendentious. In the case of the CNN poll it's not a matter of interpretation but changing "certain circumstances" to mean "only in the case of rape, incest and life of mother". That is much more serious.
Also, while your objection is certainly valid there is also the issue of demographics because the abortion rate is higher among blacks than among whites. That has been used by many anti-abortion activists to argue that abortion is a form of genocide against black people. It fails to take into account that abortions are performed upon request by the mother herself and that the birth rates for black and whites are about the same. That makes the charge of genocide doubly ridiculous and only serves to inflame racial animosity for a cheap political point. It also neglects the real reason for higher abortion rates among black girls and women, which is higher unwanted pregnancy rate. That problem can be solved by improving education about and access to birth control methods. But of course, Allen and other social conservatives (and not only Catholic ones either) are opposed to that because "every sperm is sacred".

That's a common affliction among theists. If you read some apologetics, you will find the same refrain in an awful lot of it. And for the record, I'd trust a bunch of dirty hippies before I'd trust a monarchical pontiff. Specifically on the matters of sexuality, I'd trust a bunch of free lovers far more than an 82 year old virgin.

I really know no other way to deal with common propaganda other than to submit the long articles of our founders declarations to the contrary. I'm against alien forces of religion whether secular or otherwise who have infiltrated our gov't and institutions intent on destroying us and our form of gov't from within. I do believe we are on the road to one world ruling class elitism better known as tyranny, and I've tried my best to demonstrate the deceptive intricacy of their subterfuge. The new age Spartans or the new global Babylon?

Morality or moral codes differ in secularism and other religions around the world. Just because a person says they believe in a God it does not mean it is the same God or set of ethics they are admitting to. So, you can see the fine edge that our Founders were balancing on in their efforts to establish, and protect our new unique form of Republican gov't from the subversive and the undermining efforts of other existing secular/religious entities that mankind has fought over and been oppressed by since the beginning of civilization.

Over the past several years, President Barack Obama has repeatedly claimed that America is not a Christian nation. He asserted that while a U. S. Senator, 1 repeated it as a presidential candidate, 2 and on a recent presidential trip to Turkey announced to the world that Americans “do not consider ourselves a Christian nation.” 3 (He made that announcement in Turkey because he said it was “a location he said he chose to send a clear message.” 4 ) Then preceding a subsequent trip to Egypt, he declared that America was “one of the largest Muslim countries in the world” 5 (even though the federal government’s own statistics show that less than one-percent of Americans are Muslims. 6 (wallbuilders.com).

Barack (Barry) Obama (Soetoro) is not a private citizen and he is a representative of his Muslim religion to which he does in fact have certain obligations. Furthermore, it is customary for a convert to Islam to change their name to reflect their conversion to the faith. However, I do not in any way believe it to be prejudiced or discriminatory to protect our form of Republican gov't, our way of life, or our national identity from alien subversives or your enemies. With the spider being in our high office he can hide his Islamic agenda behind the progressive secular agenda currently at work within our Republican gov't and our institutions, and therefore affect policies towards our allies in Israel and England,etc. Obama can also affect changes in immigration, schooling, and so many other areas to allow further and easier access to our country and our institutions by our avowed enemies. This is nothing to joke about. It is all or nothing, and it is happening whether the American people recognize it or not. It does not matter to our enemies if they subvert us from within...to them its all the same.....

Significantly, nations that are primarily secular in their orientation (or those predominated by non-Judeo-Christian religions such as Islam, Hinduism, Zoroastrianism, Buddhism, Shinto, Confucianism, Jainism, Taoism, Sikhism, Bahá’í, Diasporic, Juche, etc.) rarely become involved in benevolent endeavors, and certainly are not aggressive in organizing humanitarian relief. In fact, when the massive tsunami devastated Muslim Indonesia in 2004, other Muslim nations did little to assist a nation of their own faith, yet America – even though considered by Indonesia’s (where Obama attended a School of Islam) dominant religion to be the “Great Satan” – was quickly on the scene, providing assistance in money, supplies, labor, and technology.

The benevolence that characterizes America – the compassion and humanitarianism that we have inculcated into our culture – is the unique product of the Bible; and non- and even anti-religious Americans have been trained in Biblical benevolence as characteristic of our culture (even if they do not recognize the source of that principle!).

As Noah Webster explained:

The ecclesiastical establishments of Europe which serve to support tyrannical governments are not the Christian religion but abuses and corruptions of it. 23

Daniel Webster similarly explained that American Christianity was:

Christianity to which the sword and the fagot [burning stake or hot branding iron] are unknown – general tolerant Christianity is the law of the land! 24

Adams declared:

The policy of Christendom has made cowards of all their sailors before the standard of Mahomet. It would be heroical and glorious in us to restore courage to ours. 25

Furthermore, it was Adams who declared:

The general principles on which the fathers achieved independence were. . . . the general principles of Christianity. . . .

“Father of American Jurisprudence.” Justice Story openly declared:

One of the beautiful boasts of our municipal jurisprudence is that Christianity is a part of the Common Law. . . . There never has been a period in which the Common Law did not recognize Christianity as lying at its foundations. . . . I verily believe Christianity necessary to the support of civil society. 32
His conclusion about America and Christianity was straightforward:

In [our] republic, there would seem to be a peculiar propriety in viewing the Christian religion as the great basis on which it must rest for its support and permanence. 33
Justice John McLean (1785-1861) was appointed to the Court by President Andrew Jackson. McLean served in the U. S. Congress, as a judge on the Ohio Supreme Court, and then held cabinet positions under two U. S. Presidents. His view on the importance of Christianity to American government and its institutions was unambiguous:

For many years, my hope for the perpetuity of our institutions has rested upon Bible morality and the general dissemination of Christian principles. This is an element which did not exist in the ancient republics. It is a basis on which free governments may be maintained through all time. . . . Free government is not a self-moving machine. . . . Our mission of freedom is not carried out by brute force, by canon law, or any other law except the moral law and those Christian principles which are found in the Scriptures. 34

They can run but they can't hide!!!!

I doubt they could ever live up to their pretentious belief in our God or to the founding principles within our constitution....

Well, Mr. Spider, take your alien religious, secular/liberal subversiveness and try your rhetoric in Russia, China or your home country of Kenya. See if they will give up their form of gov't, national identity, and their form of religion to a foreign usurper. I think you know where you will end up....

There are different factions fighting for dominance within Islam. However, these warring factions will unite against the infidel in a heart beat. The religion of Islam governed by the Quran, Hadith, and the five pillars of Islam dictate Muslim unity and jihad against the infidel which as a Muslim you are to lie or do whatever it takes to subvert, convert, or eventually kill the infidel. Your reward is seven under aged virgins and a seat close to Allah....

In the past I took the time to read the Quran, the Hadith, and I spoke with several members belonging to different Islamic factions. I found that they share the same common denominator when it comes to the infidel and members who turn their backs on Islamic faith. They are dead serious about these two issues. Much more serious than the secular/liberally indoctrinated, and fallen Christians that exist in our country today; this is very sad....

Our Founders state clearly in documents I've submitted here that our form of Republican gov't is based on a Judeo-Christian code of morality, and was not intended to be subverted or undermined or all would be lost to the corrupt, subversive and oppressive alien institutions that exist in other countries. This is why our Founders required a person(s) to announce a belief in (our) God when taking the oath of office for all positions within our Republican gov't, and to possess Godly Christian principles to guide their character in their governing and law making.

A few of the alien and progressively radical, secular/liberal, US supreme court judges have been trying to do away with this rite of passage to public office which would allow subversive elements easier access to the auspices of our gov't and our institutions. This should scare the crap out of all true Americans! Really!

Furthermore, A person or an entity is not subversive unless they attempt to subvert something or someone. Our Founders did not intend that freedom of religion be used by people of other religion whether secular or otherwise had the freedom to subvert our form Republican gov't, our religion, and our culture. People of alien religions were free to practice their faith as long as they did not impose it on us in an attempt to subvert our own and compromise civic order and rest, and much more. This is only common sense.

Our Gov’t is not, and has not favored one denomination over another as was the Founders real intent in freedom of religion, and the majority of Americans support this form of Gov’t because of the values and principles they want their children to inherit to guide their behavior and conscience. The Founders never intended to set up a form of gov’t that would allow foreign powers, foreign religions, or secular subverters into the auspices of our Gov’t! For anyone to think otherwise must live in a very disturbed world of their own imaginings. It Takes a lot of faith to believe in your secular religion with its self destructive situational ethics or principles. I'm sure your monkey gods have a wonderful plan of salvation for you....

Situational (saturational) ethics are principles developed by the alien secularist/religious progressives to redefine right, wrong, good and evil from one moment to the next. The end justifies the means. If it feels good -do it. It's ok to kill as long as there are no consequences, after all, there is no God. I am the only true Authority....

I believe, this is why the secularists tend to be gay and baby killers because they can not cope, and lack the mechanisms for coping, with normal relationships under the current system of saturational ethics being promoted by our corrupting secular corporations, our liberal big gov’t, its alien secular/religious subversives within our institutions….

The progressive freedom is alien secular/religious decadence, and perversion based in the progressively radical minorities saturational ethics that allows them to make up rules as they go along and then enforce them on everyone else through subterfuge.

The Founders made it clear that no denomination was to dominate the offices of gov't, and that was the wall intended to avoid a secular/religious theocracy or tyranny. The Founders also made it clear that within the universal moral codes contained within the Judeo-Christian texts is what our Republican gov't and laws are founded on. They put up this wall to prevent the secular and other alien religious entities from high-jacking our form of gov't and our national identity.

Unfortunately, subversive elements have infiltrated our gov't and are going all out to subvert our country. This is why we are having these conversations over the terrible state of affairs we are all now contending with in our country.

In case you have not noticed, the crusades never ended that is why the world is still at war, only most people here don't know it yet. A lot people in the US have been mentally and spiritually put to sleep by our secular/liberal machine that is indoctrinating us, robbing us and enslaving us. The sleeping giant is waking up! Subversives beware!

The alien subversive miscreants in our gov't have become nothing more than petty drug dealers who are giving out free stuff to get ya hooked and dependent them before they rob ya, enslave ya, and kill ya!

After America was conquered and founded by many people from different cultures who united together to form one national identity or culture as defined by our Founders and the founding documents they composed making us unique as Americans. We are not a dictatorship though we do have a unique foundation for government and law making that transcends all others in the opinion of our Founders and the majority of true Americans.

All existing countries were conquered at one time or another yet it does not mean they will give up what has been established without a fight. Only in America where progressive radical fringe elements have been able to infiltrate our gov't and institutions, and thereby convinced some of the mindless indoctrinated masses through subterfuge to give up their wealth, form of gov't, religion and national identity.

Different cultures make up one people, one nation, and one national identity.

We can not all have our own gov't with our own set of principles with which to govern everyone else. That would be insane! I believe this is what our country is going through...mass insanity!

The Founders have taken and established the values and principles from Judeo-Christianity as a standard with which to govern and make our laws. What is so hard to understand about that? Why would our Founders sabotage our form of Gov’t or our national identity by leaving it open to subversion by anyone? This is the heart of moral decay in our country….

I find that many of the men and women in this country oppose the very concept, discussion, and practice of secularism, foreign religions, abortion, and homosexuality within our corporate-big gov’t, our progressively secular/liberal courts, our alien secular/religious schoolrooms. The American people find such subterfuge to be forced subversive indoctrination, repulsive and evil….

Furthermore, we are talking about good, evil, right and wrong conduct and behavior as defined by or based in a Judeo-Christian moral code as established and defined by our Founders (not the one or two contradictory oddballs whom the subversive elements within our society like to quote from as being superior to the majority) whose intent was to carry out this higher moral code to govern our laws, and our society; not a theocracy, secular or religious….

The silent majority are not the screaming minority who are out attacking people of all faiths in their Churches or in our streets because the people voted against the acceptance of perversion and subversion in our state and national voting.

I find that, the tea parties are just the tip of the iceberg, and represent the silent majority in our country who are people from all walks of life and faith finally coming out in large numbers against the robbing of, and the subversion of our country by the radical liberal fringe element minority in our fascist corporate-liberal big gov’t élite. This monstrosity uses homosexuality, baby killers, and alien secular- religions who propose freedom from our religion instead of the freedom to practice, and keep our own religion as was the intent of our Founders. This being done to create a crack in the foundation of our country to further legitimize their socialist/fascist monkey-god religious agenda with the help of their small army of secularly liberal indoctrinated parrots.

A good example of the hit and run tactics of the secular/ liberal parrots exists in their lack of comprehension demonstrated by their feeble attacks against our country and our Founders, and by their inability to understand the true meaning and definitions of common English words. True Republican Principles= Republic= Republicanism as was created and intended by the vast majority of our Founders. Republican principles were derived from the Judeo-Christian texts as the standard our Founders used to judge inappropriate, deviant, and subversive behavior harmful to the good of our people, our civil society, our national identity, and the unity of our nation as was clearly stated by all the Founders often throughout the majority of their orations, practices, and law making….

So, let’s get real…we can not all have our own govt’s with our own faith and set of principles for governing and law making. If you studied history correctly you will find that it was decadence, immorality, perversion, murder, and subversives from within that destroyed many if not all of the kingdoms and empires of old, and it looks like it will be our undoing as well. This is why our Founders chose the moral codes from the Judeo-Christianity texts to govern us and our laws. The Founders knew that the Judeo-Christian moral code unified our people under a common cause. It also provided a foundation in which gov't and society can strive together towards moral and spiritual progress for the good of our nation and of humanity without regressing to secular or religious theocratic tyranny and destroying ourselves!

However, modern abortion and infanticide medications are being forced upon the public, and into places of employment regardless of a persons faith whether it is religious or secular in nature. This constitutes a whole different ball game.

Furthermore, the majority of the people in this country do not condone our govt's enforcement and promotion of the killing of our unborn children while in the womb; thus turning our young girls and women into baby killers. The American people do not condone the teaching that sexual perversion or immorality is a natural or inalienable right or a mistake of our God. Though such subversive and immoral propositions should not exist in the first place atleast put it to the vote and give the people voice in such matters, and though woman are of larger numbers the true giver of life might still prevail upon us. Majority Rule! Or charge the subversive miscreants responsible for such treachery with treason as is proper for them who promote national infanticide, sexual immorality, and subversion of our God and country....

I don't think that a lot of people really know what ethics or principles are and the true implications and impact they have in our gov't and within our lives. If they did they would not say or do some of the things they do.

History has shown that where the gov't leads the people will follow until the gov't becomes so powerful and oppressive that the people revolt out of desperation or die trying. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. This is when a gov't gains absolute control over their people, and their resources like has happened in so many countries around our world. It's very heartbreaking not to be able to help these people in their gov't inflicted anguish and bondage. I just hope the American people smarten up before us and our children end up in the same circumstances....

So, whose set of principles/ethics or moral code do you want our country to use for governing, law making, business affairs, domestic affairs, foreign affairs, religious affairs, or crime and punisment? Should it be put to the vote and let the cards fall where they may after our progressive secular/liberal corporate/gov't has flooded our communities with legal and illegal aliens?

Christian denominations do not qualify as alien religions here in the US. They are all a part of the founders and our foundation constituting our national identity, form of gov't and law making. The moral codes our founders barrowed from the Judeo-Christian texts is the glue that unites all our people as one though we may have come from differnt cultures.

Furthermore, aliens who enter this country are to assimilate into our culture, way of life, and national identity as productive US citizens. If jerk-offs get into our gov't and try to dissolve our binding glue then the resulting unleashed social and political insanity will be our end....

Fascism is a reaction against socialism, in addition to being corporatist in nature (socialism is anti-corporatist) and protecting the "sanctity" of private property (socialism is about collectivism, not separate, private property.) Part of the confusion has its roots in Adolf Hitler's ability to use words to sway and control the masses. He used the word "Socialist" to draw people who continued to adhere to socialism, even though the nature of Hitler's movement was not socialist at all, with its loyalty to industry (budding corporations) and protection of private property from those less fortunate (definitely not redistribution of wealth.)

The so-called redistribution of wealth currently taking place in our country is a lie and an international pondsy scheme to the extent that the money that is actually being redistributed is deficit funds, money being printed up and charged to us and our unborn children which once spent ends up in the off-shore bank accounts of the top 1-2% of our population who are called the corporate/gov't elite.

Our gov't only rakes in $2.2-trillion a year in taxes and spends four or five times that amount, and I have heard it said to be even much higher than that from different sources like Lou Dobbs and Gov. Tim Pawlenty, ect. Eventually this bubble will burst, and where will all of them end up who were dependent on the gov't/tax-payer payroll?

Furthermore, It would probably not make a whole lot of difference either way at this point in our country's history if the legal/illegal aliens were here or not with the current job situation being what it is for everyone. However, as to the social costs of legal/illegal aliens on all levels, as I point out in `Obama's War & SSI SubCulture', it would save the present and future tax-payer trillions of dollars if they were sent back. It is said that the cost for supporting illegals alone on our social programs here in the US is somewhere in the neighborhood of $2.6-trillion a year, and another $1.5-billion a year to house them in our prisons. Talk about culture shock and subversion. I believe these stats are largely underestimated as is everything of real value to the American people.

Hell, you can go to California and can get yourself an IOU for a taco since 40% of the school kids are Mexican immigrants who have helped to bankrupt the whole state and their social programs. Pretty soon you can get an IOU here in NY for rice and beans since our communities, and state are being bankrupted by a mass influx of Puerto Ricans....

Corporations are business entities or enterprises where it is supposedly owned by many stock holders (Ralf Nader said only 3% of all stock is owned by 80% of our population) and no individual can be held responsible or accountable if it goes bust. This is accomplished by the private assets of the actual individuals who are running the corporation being kept seperate or disconnected from the corporate assets; if any still exist on its books when it goes bust. This is how corporate execs get away with tucking trillions of our dollars away into off-shore bank accounts....

Therefore, with the fascist ruling of our supreme court giving real life individual status to corporations, I find it to be inherently rediculous and a blatently subersive mockery of our Democratic Republic, of our founding principles, and of our founding documents protecting us from the corruption of corporate/gov't or any other subversive entities. The next thing you know, these radical, liberal, fascist, progressively secular monkey-god judges will allow a corporation to run for public office if it was said to be born in our country. Then again, what difference would there actually be anyway?

This preservation of innocent life was viewed by our Founding Fathers as one of the chief purposes of civil government. As Thomas Jefferson explained, “the care of human life. . .is the fist and only legitimate object of good government.” And the Declaration of Independence similarly declared: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men . . .are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life. . . .[And] that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men.”

Consequently, the Founders established numerous laws to protect innocent life – laws prohibiting murder, suicide (which the Founders termed “self-murder”), assisted suicide, abortion, and infanticide. Yet, in protecting life, the Founders understood that respect for innocent life would dwindle if the influence of religion were reduced in the nation. As President George Washington warned: “Where is the security . . . for life if the sense of religious obligation desert?”

Thomas Paines attack against Christianity and religion with his manifesto `Age of Reason' and the majority of our Founders similar responses:

Paine later published his Age of Reason, which infuriated many of the Founding Fathers. John Adams wrote, “The Christian religion is, above all the religions that ever prevailed or existed in ancient or modern times, the religion of wisdom, virtue, equity and humanity, let the Blackguard [scoundrel, rogue] Paine say what he will.” 2 Samuel Adams wrote Paine a stiff rebuke, telling him, “[W]hen I heard you had turned your mind to a defence of infidelity, I felt myself much astonished and more grieved that you had attempted a measure so injurious to the feelings and so repugnant to the true interest of so great a part of the citizens of the United States.” 3

Earlier courts long understood Jefferson's intent. In fact, when Jefferson's letter was invoked by the Supreme Court (only twice prior to the 1947 Everson case – the Reynolds v. United States case in 1878), unlike today's Courts which publish only his eight-word separation phrase, that earlier Court published Jefferson's entire letter and then concluded:

Coming as this does from an acknowledged leader of the advocates of the measure, it [Jefferson's letter] may be accepted almost as an authoritative declaration of the scope and effect of the Amendment thus secured. Congress was deprived of all legislative power over mere [religious] opinion, but was left free to reach actions which were in violation of social duties or subversive of good order. (emphasis added) [12]

That Court then succinctly summarized Jefferson's intent for "separation of church and state":

[T]he rightful purposes of civil government are for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order. In th[is] . . . is found the true distinction between what properly belongs to the church and what to the State. [13]

With this even the Baptists had agreed; for while wanting to see the government prohibited from interfering with or limiting religious activities, they also had declared it a legitimate function of government "to punish the man who works ill to his neighbor."

That Court, therefore, and others (for example, Commonwealth v. Nesbit and Lindenmuller v. The People), identified actions into which – if perpetrated in the name of religion – the government did have legitimate reason to intrude. Those activities included human sacrifice, polygamy, bigamy, concubinage, incest, infanticide, parricide, advocation and promotion of immorality, etc.

Such acts, even if perpetrated in the name of religion, would be stopped by the government since, as the Court had explained, they were "subversive of good order" and were "overt acts against peace." However, the government was never to interfere with traditional religious practices outlined in "the Books of the Law and the Gospel" – whether public prayer, the use of the Scriptures, public acknowledgements of God, etc.

Whereas in 1789, Congress, in the midst of framing the Bill of Rights and the First Amendment, passed the first Federal law touching education, declaring that `Religion, morality, and knowledge, being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind, schools and the means of education shall forever be encouraged';

I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore to man all his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties. I reciprocate your kind prayers for the protection and blessing of the common Father and Creator of man, and tender you for yourselves and your religious association assurances of my high respect and esteem. [9]

Jefferson's reference to "natural rights" invoked an important legal phrase which was part of the rhetoric of that day and which reaffirmed his belief that religious liberties were inalienable rights. While the phrase "natural rights" communicated much to people then, to most citizens today those words mean little.

By definition, "natural rights" included "that which the Books of the Law and the Gospel do contain." [10] That is, "natural rights" incorporated what God Himself had guaranteed to man in the Scriptures.

The secular subversive judges, and like politicians who in their treasonable efforts to pass off their secular religion as a natural existing mechanism for rule of law intended by our Founders, and enforced upon the citizens of our great nation, attending to such matters in the cases submitted violated our founding laws, and their position of office by contending with the subversive un-natural, un-Godly and evil propositions of infanticide-abortion, immorality-sexual perversion, and the immoral subversion of our God and country within our high courts, our gov't auspices, our schoolrooms, and should therefore be charged with high treason and shot!

It is obvious that alien miscreant judges and politicians within our courts and gov't did violate our foundational laws as were laid down by our Founders outlining the courts civic and social duties to enforce action against them who violate the natural-Godly moral good of the people. Such violations are clearly defined by our Founders and their establishment of law. Like I have previously stated that the alien subversive secular monkey-god usurpers have infiltrated our gov't, courts, and institutions. The American people are outraged and justly so, and demand accountability for their attack against our Democratic Republic and our citizens through subversion, subterfuge, perversion, and corruption that has reeked political and social havoc, all manners of vice, robbery, and murder upon our nation and its citizens....

Furthermore, the miscreant, and alien judges and the like politician who have infiltrated our high offices and who are now deliberately inflicting all manner of ill and harm against our citizens by denying the inalienable rights of all men to their children by the subversive, and divisive unmitigated empowerment of our young girls and woman to commit infanticide, and by the exclusionary rights of woman to the born children through the deliberate subterfuge of our founding principles held within our constitution, constitutes high crime-treason;

Furthermore, for any person(s) found within our gov't auspices to deliberately and knowing make treaties or policies of trade or otherwise while in collusion that did in fact endanger the security and sovereignty of the nation, and further being made in direct conflict to the interests, and well being of the American people, and did in fact inflict injury and harm by said miscreants works of treachery, constitutes high crime-treason;

Therefore, as an American citizen, I do lodge this legal formal complaint against the miscreants guilty of the aforesaid actions against the American people, and I do urge them in our federal law enforcement agencies to act accordingly, and responsibly in the discharge of their duties and obligations to arrest said miscreants for prosecution in defense of the American people and our constitution.

Politics is the practical exercise of acting on one's beliefs, convictions, and faith. As a person believes in his heart so is he.... So the uniqueness that is America, is that the people do have the last word.... The progressives have overplayed their hand, they are now exposed and naked before the American public, and found to be wanting....

Apparently, many in our progressively Marxist gov't, and in our secular/alien religious courts are out of touch with many of the men and women in this country. Many of our people oppose, and find the very concept or discussion of secularism, alien religion, abortion and homosexuality by the minority of secular/liberal fringe elements in our gov't, our courts, media, and our schoolrooms to be forced indoctrination, repulsive and evil....

Furthermore, we are talking about good, evil, right and wrong conduct and behavior based in a Judeo-Christian moral code that is established and defined by our Founders whose intent was to implement this higher moral code to govern our laws, and our society; not a theocracy, secular or religious....

Therefore, I advocate equal rights for all men to their children born and unborn because men do not have any equal rights established by the Supreme Court, and the lower courts shove it right up our butts by denying us little or no rights at all. Not one media network or politician will even mention or support equal rights for men because it's just another Marxist, secular/alien religious, big gov't divide and conquer mechanism of theirs being implemented to rob us, kill us, imprison us, and enslave us.

However, I find that men make up a bigger part of our population than do the gays. Since over half the US homes with children in them are headed by single moms in which many are screwed up and screw up their kids and the secular/liberal courts allow it to happen; So men should have equal rights. Men having equal rights does not rewrite God or his principles, and there is nothing decadent or perverse about it either.

So, why should gays get special treatment or preference when they only make up 1% of our population, and anger the rest of society by our corrupted gov't, courts, media and our schools forcing their agenda upon us? Why should women get special treatment or privileges just because they are women and carry our children, and are lead to believe by these subversively radical fringe elements that they have some sort of twisted exclusive rights to our children? Could it be liberal/fascist indoctrination maybe?

Believe it or not, I have seen on many occasions with friends and with different family members where the woman deliberately called the police and accused the man of some kind of wrong doing so that the man would be arrested. This would then allow the woman to have an order of protection placed against the man so he could not return back home without catching more serious charges. However, this usually did happen where there were kids involved leaving everything the man possessed confiscated by the woman. I have had this happen to me before in a past relationship, and now my kids have had to grow up in a broken home leaving me without any say or rights in any event.

I've seen women falling down drunk and stoned to the gills actually fall down and get hurt. As a result, the husbands or boyfriends would call for an ambulance. The cops would show up along with the ambulance workers looking for an arrest and if one is not made at that point they inadvertently help assist the paramedics in taking the highly intoxicated women to the hospital. Once at the hospital, a female domestic violence worker would show and take pictures of any injuries that may exist as result of the women's intoxication, and attempt to talk the highly intoxicated women into pressing charges, and getting an order of protection placed against the men who tried to look-out for them. In many cases the men end up getting it stuck to them by these gov't parasites....

I further found that women and children are more targeted by, and susceptible to, our progressively Marxist, big gov't, secular/liberal, indoctrination mechanism that is at work within our institutions. Thus, making our women and children more dependent on, and more prone to using, such divisive gov't mechanisms to get what they want. The women and a large number of the children in these instances came to believe it was morally acceptable thinking and behavior in the sacrificing of the family relationships for more money, to screw around, to excessively party, to practice their addictions and immorality alone or with their secularly indoctrinated liberal friends. Men are more reluctant to take such actions against women and children in spite of the indoctrinating influences I describe here....

Once, while I was in jail for the same crap I describe here, I met many other men who were in the same boat. So, I was not alone. I further found upon my release that there are thousands of means groups popping up all over the country as a result of these injustices. I do not have any stats as to how many men there are who this has happened to. However, I'm sure the stats would be very high if they could be gotten at all since these incidents are usually reported and recorded on behalf of the women by the arresting officers who make up the arrest reports and charges. All this usually ends up costing the man a small fortune in fines, court costs, jail time and so much more. The gov't agencies involved in this whole process make a fortune, and build their careers off of these events....

Therefore, I do realize that men have the same ability to use these same divisive governmental mechanisms against women to keep our children, and material wealth from our women. However, as I originally said, men are more reluctance to take these avenues against a child or a woman. As for the reason behind this reluctance I will leave that for you to decide....

I will give you a personal example of the Fascist, secular/alien religious, forced indoctrination taking place in our progressively liberal Family Courts:

I went to family court today for about the hundredth time for my two youngest kids one is 12yrs. old, and the other just turned 15yrs. old. The mother is charged with neglecting their education and endangering their wellbeing. The mother and her friends are all on SSI, take mental drugs, take prescription narcotic drugs, smoke dope, sell dope, drink and have been guests in the nut-hut.

Over the last several years there has been suicide, attempted suicide in the home, children held back a couple of years in school, and child molesting resulting in a short prison sentence for one of the mothers family members. Both of my children got diagnosed with some crappy diagnosis and were placed on mental drugs, and SSI. Now, they smoke dope, lie, cheat, steal, lazy, miss a lot of school, don't want to do their school work, and the 15yr. old was recently a guest of the nut-hut because his school counselor sent him there after he got kicked off the football team for fighting.

Many in our community including myself and my family find the actions of these people who work for CPS (child protection service) and within our family court to be very disturbing to say the least. The fact that they refuse to protect my kids by not pulling them out of their dysfunctional home and placing them with me, my parents or into foster care. The biased and sexist judge told me and my mother to leave her court room under the threat of arrest when we raised objections to the abuses my kids were being subjected to, and to all my petitions being off-handedly dismissed allowing the abuses to continue by leaving the children in the home with the mother....

However, I left the court building today washing my hands of the whole matter without going in front of the sexist and biased judge who promotes her creation of big brother/big sister programs that allows gov't workers to make a living off these programs by becoming the parent and baby sitter to the mother and my children. No matter what the mother, her family, her friends, or the kids do, or how screwed up they all become their court programs keep them all in the same home together, and then tell me and my lawyer I am no longer needed. If the shoe was on the other foot these same entities would of crucified me, and took my children from me....

Therefore, this is the future for my kids: Dependency on big gov't and drugs justified through the SSI program that's turning them into mindless morons incapable of doing anything productive. Not to mention the loss of their rights to bare arms or work in many areas of our work force due to their mental diagnosis. My kids have a career in SSI gathering, playing video games, and getting high with their mother's moronic friends. This is the hot new meal ticket here in NY for millions, and even the immigrants are cashing in on this, too!

It is all very heartbreaking. I hope voters wake up and start voting (if voting isn't fraudulent) all these progressively radical, alien (the subversive minority who are foreign and antithetical to our form of gov't, religion, and culture) fringe elements out of office and out of our country. Did anyone of you ever stop for a moment and consider themselves to be a part of the cause for the continued political and social injustices being perpetuated upon us; the American people?
