Shows specific steps for how to create a unique marketplace for your idea, product, or service.
And best of all, gives concrete, real life wisdom on how to bring change in your organization to step out in risk to do something new rather than just continuing on as is. Chapters 7 and 8 alone are worth buying the book for this practical wisdom for leaders on executing strategy, ushering in change in an organization, and overcoming hurdles in any organization. Very sage stuff.
An excellent read for any leader in any setting.
